COMIC-KÜNSTLER*INNEN AUFGEPASST!
Du willst dich für ein Comicstipendium bewerben, brauchst dafür Ratschläge? Möchtest du die Stärken und Schwächen deines Projekts kennenlernen? Wir unterstützen dich dabei.
Wann und wo? Digitaler Comicstammtisch (7. August) und Comicbibliothek Renate (8. August, in der Tucholskystr. 32, 10117 Berlin)
Am Montag, dem 7. August, sind Comicstipendien das Thema der Sonderausgabe des digitalen Stammtischs der Renate. Um 20 Uhr hält Axel Halling vom deutschen Comicverein einen Vortrag mit Q&A über Stipendiumsangebote. Im Anschluss berät die Comic-Künstlerin Birgit Weyhe Bewerber*Innen für ihre Bewerbungsmappen.
Am Dienstag, dem 8. August ist wiederum Comiczeichnerin Sheree Domingo von der ComicGewerkschaft in der Comicbibliothek Renate von 15.30 bis 18.30 Uhr, um weitere Interessent*innen vor Ort zu beraten.
Falls du dich für den Vortrag und die Beratungen interessierst, bitten wir um Anmeldung unter augusto dot paim at gmail dot com oder überInstagram @paimaugusto Augusto Paim, Koordinator des digitalen Stammtischs, meldet sich dann bei dir.
Bitte folgende Informationen geben:
* An welchem Treffen möchtest du teilnehmen? (Digital mit Birgit oder vor Ort mit Sheree?)
* Hättest du Probleme damit, wenn andere Interessenten an der Beratung teilnehmen? Oder möchtest du es unter vier Augen machen?
* An welchem Stipendium bist du am meisten interessiert?
Falls du dir die digitale Beratung von Birgit wünschst, bitten wir dich darum, deine Bewerbungsmappe im Voraus per Email zu schicken. So ausführlich wie möglich.
Falls du dir die Beratung vor Ort mit Sheree wünschst, bringe einfach deine Bewerbungsmappe mit. Nochmals: Alles, was du hast, hilft für ein voranbringendes Feedback.

You want to apply for a comic scholarship and need some advice? Do you want to know the strength and weakness of your project? We're here to support you!
Where and when? Digital Meetup (August 7) and Renate Comics Library (August 8, at the Tucholskystr. 32, 10117 Berlin)
Comic Scholarships will be the topic of the Digital Meetup at Renate Comics Library on Monday, August 7. At 20:00, Axel Halling from the German Comics Association will give a talk with Q&A about scholarship opportunities. Afterward, comic artist Birgit Weyhe will be present to advise you and review your portfolios.
On Tuesday, August 8th, comic artist Sheree Domingo from the German Comic Union will be at the Comic Library Renate to help those who need advice from 15:30 to 18:30.
If you are interested, please register at augusto dot paim at gmail dot com or via Instagram @paimaugusto You will receive more details from Augusto Paim, the coordinator of the digital meetup at Renate Comics Library.
Please provide the following information:
* Which meeting would you like to attend? (Digital or Onsite).
* Would it be okay to have a group consultation or would you prefer it to be more private?
* Which comic scholarship are you most interested in?
If you would like Birgit to consult with you digitally, please send us your application with more details on your needs as soon as possible.
If you would come to the onsite consultation, you can simply bring your portfolio for the scholarship application. A tip: anything you bring to show will be helpful to receive feedback!
