Mo. 3.02 ab 20h Comicstammtisch mit / Comics Meetup with Christoph Fischer

Auf dem zweiten digitalen Stammtisch der Comicbibliothek Renate in diesem Jahr reisen wir sowohl in die Welt der Träume als auch in die der Reportagen. Denn der Mentor Christoph Fischer aus Luzern probierte beides. Während eines halben Jahres etwa zeichnete er fünfundzwanzig Mal vor Ort am Hauptbahnhof in Luzern Jugendliche, Punks, Alkoholiker, Drogenabhängige und andere. Entstanden ist daraus die 60-teilige gezeichnete Reportage »Auf der langen Bank«. »Chicago Westside« wiederum ist eine 230-teilige Reportage über einen Stadteil, der am meisten durch Probleme wie Armut, Drogen und Gewaltverbrechen geprägt ist. Seit 2007 skizziert Christoph Fischer aber auch seine Träume. Das Buch »Während ich schlief« versammelt 51 dieser skurrilen Geschichten als ausgearbeitete Bleistiftzeichnungen. Christoph Fischer arbeitet als freischaffender Illustrator und Dozent für Zeichnung in Luzern.

At the second digital meetup of the Comics Library Renate this year, we will travel to the world of dreams as well as to the world of reportage. Mentor Christoph Fischer from Lucerne tried both. Over the course of six months, he drew teenagers, punks, alcoholics, drug addicts and other people twenty-five times on location at Lucerne's main railway station. The result is the 60-part drawn reportage "On the Long Bench." "Chicago Westside," on the other hand, is a 230-part reportage about a neighborhood that is most characterized by problems such as poverty, drugs and violent crime. Since 2007, Christoph Fischer has also been sketching his dreams. The book "While I Was Sleeping" brings together 51 of these bizarre stories as elaborate pencil drawings. Christoph Fischer works as a freelance illustrator and lecturer in drawing in Lucerne.
