DIGITAL: Mo. 7.9. ab 20h Comicstammtisch mit / Comicmeeting with Ferdinand Lutz

Der Renate Comicstammtisch findet weiterhin online als Video-Call mit Anmeldung statt. Wir machen daraus eine Gelegenheit und laden Mentoren und Mentorinnen aus außerhalb von Berlin ein. Für September konnten wir Ferdinand Lutz aus Köln gewinnen.

Ferdinand Lutz ist Comiczeichner, Szenarist und Trickfilmer. Seit 2011 veröffentlicht er monatlich in "Dein SPIEGEL". Er schreibt Szenarios für andere Zeicher, u. a. Käpt'n Blaubär". 2015 erschien sein erstes Buch im Berliner Reprodukt-Verlag. Er ist Co-Herausgeber von "POLLE", einem Kindercomicmagazin. Außerdem hat er Volkswirtschaft und Soziologe in Konstanz und Paris studiert.

Stammtisch-Koordinator Augusto Paim sendet euch am 7.9. den Link zum Treffen zu. Ihr müsst euer Gesicht nicht zeigen, wenn ihr nicht wollt, aber es wäre wichtig, dass ihr eure Zeichnungen/Entwürfe/Storyboards/Probeseiten DIGITAL bereit habt, als digitale Zeichnungen oder abfotografiert/gescannt. Dieses Onlinetreffen wird nicht aufgenommen oder gestreamt, es ist nur für euch angemeldete Comic-Künstler*Innen.

The comic artists meetup will still happen online, in the form of a VIDEO CALL with RSVP'ing before. We turn it into an oportunity to invite mentors from outside of Berlin. For September, we could win the comic author Ferdinand Lutz from Cologne.

Ferdinand Lutz is a cartoonist, scenarist and animator. He regularly publishes comics in newspapers and magazines and writes scenarios for other comic artists. In 2015, his first book was released by the Berliner publisher Reprodukt. He is co-founder and publisher of "POLE", a magazine for children comics. Besides, he studied Political Economy and Sociology in Constance and Paris. 

APPLICATION: please send an email with the subject line 'Stammtisch' to the Meetup coordinator Augusto (augusto [dot] paim [at] gmail [dot] com), he will send you the meeting link on the day. Add to the email what you will be showing and what topics are of interest to you. You don't have to show your face in the call if you don't want to, but have your sketches or comics ready in digital form on your computer to be able to get feedback from other comic artists and from the mentor. This online meeting will not be recorded or broadcast publicly, it is only for you artists who are participating.
